This years Large Scale Nationals was held at New South Wales Radio Controlled Racing Car Club Inc and was also the inaugural FEMCA Large Scale Championship.
We had several club members make the trek up to Sydney to compete with drivers coming from all over the country.
There were four categories racing, 1:5 Electric Motorcycles, 1:5 Formula 1 cars, 1:5 510 4WD cars and 1:5 2WD Touring cars. We had members racing across 3 of the 4 classes.
In total there was 58 drivers competing in this years event. A special bonus was having RC Race Media covering the event capturing some spectacular racing action and giving the viewers a closer look at the cars / bikes and drivers in action. Having a professional caller like Mitch on the mic made it easy to follow the racing but added pressure if you were driving

As a club and state, we did Amazing!! taking Podiums in all 3 of 4 categories.
We congratulate Andy Bishop taking 2nd place for 2WD Sedan, David M for taking the Win in the 510 4WD class and David V, taking TQ for both 510 4WD and 1:5 Motorcycle, almost a photo finish for 2nd place in the 510 final and overall winner 1:5 Motorcycles.
A Big 2025 of racing coming up with the RC Motorcycle World Championships being held England Park Raceway. Also the home for the 2025 Large scale Nationals.
