What a day at the track race day started off with a track which I can only describe as very challenging damp cold and very slippery due to the lockdown and the track not being used managed to push the bike in the first heat and got a good result in the second heat and third heat I was making different adjustments to the bike which didn’t really seem to make that much difference due to the conditions I went into my first final with the softest ties I had and as many will weights as I could put on the bike managed managed to win the first final as we went into the second final Martin Woodcock managed to pull ahead of me by about six seconds but every time I pushed to try and catch him I made a mistake due to being too aggressive unfortunately for Martin
